Garlic Parmesan Edamame

Add one inch of water to a small pot

Cover until it boils

Add frozen edamame to pot

Steam

Meanwhile sauté garlic in a pan

Add steamed edamame, freshly shredded

mozzarella and seasoned salt to pan with garlic

Sauté until cheese melts
