30 Minutes to the Table
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
Put a pot of water on high until boiling
When it boils, reduce it to medium heat
Meanwhile use a potato peeler to create strips from the asparagus stems
Roughly chop the remaining large asparagus pieces
Place the chopped and shredded asparagus into a baking pan
Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and Italian flavored bread crumbs
Bake in oven until the cheese melts and bread crumbs brown
Place eggs into the softly boiling water
Meanwhile fill a bowl with ice water
When the eggs have boiled for 7 minutes, drain the boiling water
Place the eggs into the ice bath
Peel the eggs once they have cooled and slice them in half
Top your asparagus with the sliced eggs
